MBA-HRM Goals
The MBA in Human Resource Management program is designed to meet the needs of working adults. Classes are offered 100% online and in a hybrid format, which combines online coursework with traditional classroom learning at any of our Manchester, Portsmouth, or Lebanon, NH centers.
To prepare M.B.A. graduates to become confident, knowledgeable individuals and leaders of conscience, the Franklin Pierce University is committed to assisting students achieve the following goals:
- Graduate business students will become ethical leaders through a deep understanding of the link between character development, intellect, and leadership theory, and to apply this knowledge in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
- Graduate business students will develop the ability to effectively use the processes of collaboration, inquiry, and critical analysis in dealing with management and leadership issues with the aim of advocating for positive change within their organizations.
- Graduate business students will build the strong communication skills necessary to effect positive change within their organizations and communities

Your Choice of Course Formats
Evening, hybrid (a combination of online and classroom learning) and 100% online classes are available. Online classes are asynchronous, so students can access coursework at their convenience anytime during the week.
Central Location
Hybrid courses have a classroom component, meeting every other week at FPU’s Manchester, N.H. Center. Students may choose the
class format (online or hybrid) that best suits their needs each term.
Earn Your Degree Quickly
Our four, twelve-week term schedule allows students to complete their degrees more quickly than in traditional 16-week semesters. New terms begin in September, November, March, and May.
Flexible for your Schedule
Study
Students are able to work full-time and successfully attend classes on either a part- or full-time basis.

- Essay: Answer one of the four questions below. Tell us not only what
you did but also how you did it. What was the outcome? What was
the response? Only describe experiences that have occurred within
the last three years (250-500 words).
