LL Bean still cares about their
customers.
I have had my LL Bean backpack since I was a freshman
in high school. My back pack is dark green and pretty attractive if you
ask me. The best part about my backpack is that it has a lifetime
warranty. If I was to ever damage it because of things such as fighting
with my brother or letting the school bus run over it I could get a new
one. That is the beauty of LL Bean, but more importantly, the beauty of
humans. LL Bean proves that businesses still care about their customers.
So many people and businesses today forget why they are still in
business, but LL Bean does not. They are constantly at the front of
customer service and customer relationships. My great grandparents
shopped at LL Bean and I am positive my great grandchildren will. LL
Bean is a prime example of a company that cares about their
relationships with customers and always will go out of their way to make
sure the customer is happy and comes back.
