BB: I am the assistant Director of Interfaith Campus Ministries Club Support.

BB: I have been here at Franklin Pierce part time since January of 2004; I then became full-time in 2006.

PD: Where did you attend college?

BB: I attended Mattactuck Community College in Waterbury, CT. and after there I went on to UMASS Boston.

PD: What were your goals, and ambitions when graduating college?

BB: I always knew I wanted to be involved in the “Helping Professions,” but was not sure if I would go into ministry or counseling.  I am in both now!

PD: What do you like to do outside of Franklin Pierce?

BB: Right now I am working for presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich as I did in the last election. I am one of the founding members of the Transformative Language Arts Network (http://www.tlanetwork.org) I love to spend time with family and friends, write poetry, photography, hike, ride my bike, work for justice without the political system, along with singing and plying my three guitar chords.  Most of all I love to read, read, read.

PD: What is your favorite travel spot?

BB: I love the coast of Maine, I go there every year.  I also very much love Ireland.

PD: What advice can you give to the graduating class of 2008?

BB: Honor and be faithful to your true self, visions and dreams. Always find the place of hope and work for the better.  Do NOT let anyone convince you that you have to settle for mediocrity.
