I have not ordered from EZ T's before, how can I trust that my items are going to look good?

Yes, definitely! Email us and we will take care of all your wishes the best we can!

Do you have any hidden fees?
EZ T's has absolutely NO HIDDEN FEES.  What you see is what you get...high quality customized clothing for a flat fee.  

Will my personal information be safe with you?
EZ T's will never sell, share, rent or otherwise release your information to other companies or organizations.  

If I have an order sent to somebody as a gift, will this person receive an invoice?
No. If you choose the "gift wrap" option, your order will be sent out without an invoice. If you require an invoice for your records, please print out the invoice during the order process or email us and we will send you one by email.

Where do your design ideas originate?
Customized World is comprised of a very diverse and innovative team. We have team members from all walks of life and from many ethnicities. At Customized World, we feel that this combination is the key ingredient in the free, fun, and comfortable clothing that results from this unique mixture.

What is the best way to care for my EZ T's clothing?
EZ T's offers Care Instructions for each item sold. The Instructions will be located on the tag. We recommend you follow these instructions to best care for your EZ T's product.  We strongly recommend washing your items inside-out in order to preserve the personalized design as long as possible.

How do I return EZ T's Merchandise?
Please refer to the Returns policy section for instructions on returning items.

What is the difference between shipping and billing address?
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is the same address as that of the credit card you used to place your order.

I noticed that an item I purchased at full price has been marked down. Do you offer price adjustments?
Sorry. We do not offer any price adjustments.
