For New Hires:

When hired as an adjunct/part-time faculty member or adjunct laboratory assistant, you will need to ensure that all new hire paperwork is completed and forwarded to Human Resources. To ensure completeness of documentation, please use the links below.

Once all forms have been completed and returned to Human Resources, the new hire information will be entered into our Payroll system and a Franklin Pierce account will be generated for a new employee. This auto-generated account will take a minimum of 24 hours to process - please forward information to HR as soon as possible in order to expedite the process.

 

If an adjunct faculty member requires e-College Certification, please allow a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the beginning of class for the new hire training and completion to receive the certificate. All e-College Certified instructors must operate under their Franklin Pierce email account.
