Direct Deposit:

Direct deposit is available to any employee of Franklin Pierce University and is a process by which the University can deposit your paycheck directly into your checking or savings account. The advantages of direct deposit

- safe as your pay is automatically deposited; so no lost or misplaced checks

- convenient as your check does not have to be physically delivered to the bank

- fast as the money is available on your pay day without having to wait for the check to clear

- simple because once you have set it up, your pay is deposited on time, correctly and confidentially.

 

If you have any questions or need more information, contact the Human Resources Department or Payroll Office.

 

Direct Deposit Form - complete and return to the Human Resources Department as soon as possible. It is important to note that if you change your bank information, it will take one pay cycle before the new direct deposit takes effect.
