Temporary Administrative Assistant Location: Concord Center, NH
|

Franklin Pierce University Concord Center has an opportunity for a Temporary Administrative Assistant. This position will assist with the coordination of administrative support services and will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and enrolled students. This is a temporary full-time position reporting to the Center Director. Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 9am – 6:30pm and Friday 9am – 3pm. Applicants should possess an Associate degree; a bachelor degree is preferred or a combination of work experience and education and a minimum of two to three relevant clerical experience. This person will demonstrate excellent administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to serve applicants, students and faculty in a personable and professional manner. Must be able to work both independently and as part of an office team. Preference will be given to candidates who possess previous experience working with databases and an excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.
