Franklin Pierce University, in conjunction with Sun Life Financial, offers you and your dependants an excellent opportunity to purchase affordable Option Life Insurance Benefits on a payroll deduction basis.

This plan also includes many special features including Waiver of Premium and Accelerated Benefits.

Eligibility

All active Full-time exempt and non-exempt employees who have completed 30 days of continuous employment and who are working a minimum of 40 hours per week are eligible to participate. 

After 30 days or if you wish to increase your coverage you will need to complete the application plus the medical information form.

Enrollment

• Complete Optional Life Enrollment Form (Application for Vol. Life)

• Sign, date and return to HR Department
