Mission and Vision Statement

The Office of the Registrar at Franklin Pierce University supports the endeavors of the University by providing quality services to students, faculty, academic departments, administration, and the public. The major cyclical activities of the Office include, but are not limited to:

  • creation, maintenance, and security of academic and student records
  • coordination, publication, and registration of course offerings
  • auditing degree requirements and awarding degrees
  • transfer credit evaluation, award, and enforcement of equivalencies
  • producing academic transcripts, enrollment verifications, and diplomas
  • the dissemination of accurate, timely, and complete information
  • upholds and assures consistent application of the academic rules and regulations as set forth by the University, the State of New Hampshire, and the United States government

The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to uphold and adhere to the academic policies of the university, as well as to provide quality and timely service. This means having a helpful, friendly attitude while adhering to any federal, state, and/or University guidelines.  The Office of the Registrar staff are dedicated to meeting the recruitment, retention, and information needs of the University community. We will continuously improve and innovate our processes and procedures, in anticipation of the needs of our students, faculty, and staff. 

We adhere to the best practices and ethical standards adopted by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (AACRAO).
