Using the Application

  • If you are on a mobile device, a good cellular or wireless internet connection is required.
  • Invalid Session ID error:
    • Clear your Internet browser cache and try again
    • How to clear your Internet Browser on a Mobile Device:
      • iOS iPhone -
        1. Open the Settings app, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (with Mail at the top). Tap Safari.
        2. Scroll down again and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.
        3. Tap 'Clear History and Data'.

        1. Head to the Settings menu. ...
        2. Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the app that you want to clear the cache or data for.
        3. Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available
  • If the vehicle is not moving; the vehicle may have stopped for a pickup/drop-off, driver change, or other reason.
  • If the vehicle has not moved in more that 15 minutes and/or located at the warehouse, it may not be operational and shuttle pick-up may not be expected.
