The Peter C. Wensberg
Writing Center is the place to go for tutorial assistance with written
assignments
The Wensberg Writing Center is located on the ground floor of Edgewood
Hall, directly across from the main entrance to the Fieldhouse. The
Wensberg Writing Center hours of operation are: Monday through Thursday,
9 am to 11 pm; Friday 9 am to 4:15 pm; Saturday 10 am until 1 pm; and
Sunday 2 pm to 10pm. The Wensberg Writing Center is staffed by both
student peer tutors, who are excellent writers and responders, and staff
and faculty, also experienced in assisting students with a wide variety
of written assignments. Appointments may be made either by dropping in
during the open hours, or by calling extension 4172 to arrange for an
individual tutoring session. The Writing Center tutors can help you
improve your writing at any stage in the writing process, from
brainstorming, outlining, and rough drafting, to final editing, in both
MLA and APA formats. Appointments usually last from 30 minutes to an
hour, but we are not ruled by the clock. Stop in and see us for a
positive experience in writing support and development.
