required to submit their benefit paperwork to HR during their
new hire orientation. Delay in submitting your paperwork
may cause a delay in your benefit coverage effective date.
An employee becomes eligible for benefit
enrollment on the first (1st) of the
month following thirty (30) days of employment.
During the first two weeks of November the university conducts an
open enrollment period which allows you the opportunity to make
changes to the vision plan. All other voluntary benefits can be
enrolled at any time following the plan guidelines.
