Health and Welfare Eligibility
You are eligible for health insurance if you are regularly
scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week. All other
benefits, such as dental, life insurance, vision care, and
disability to name a few, are available to you if you are in a
regular position scheduled to work 40 hours per week .
If you are a new employee, your benefits will begin on the first
of the month following 30 days of full-time employment. If your
hire date is the first of the month, you are eligible for
coverage the first of the following month. See more information

Retirement Eligibility
If you are in a regularly budgeted 40 hour position or you work
over 1000 in a calendar year, you are eligible for to receive
the Franklin Pierce paid contribution to your retirement
account. Your account is always 100% vested. See more
