Employee Navigator

Your Employee Benefit Portal

 

Employee Navigator is your one-stop service for all faculty and staff benefit enrollments and changes. Upon hire you will elect your benefits through this tool. Following that, you can review your elections, update your personal information or dependent information or make a qualifying "life-event" change.  A qualifying "life-event" includes marriage, birth/adoption of a child, loss or change in coverage, and divorce. You will be directed back to this tool for open enrollment in the fall.

Our Vision Plan benefits are provided by EyeMed. When you use an in-network provider, you pay less and do not have to process bills.

Disability and Life Insurance

 

Leave of Absence

Short/Long Term Disability protects you in the event of a medical condition or injury.

Life Insurance and AD&D provides financial security in the event of your death or if you are severely injured in an accident.

 

Leave of absence provide you with coverage under Worker's Compensation if you have an accident at work.

Short term disability leave provides coverage for extended medical leave or FMLA leave to care for others.

Paid Time-Off

 

Retirement

Eligible employees received paid time off benefits based upon employment status. Paid time off includes vacation, sick, holidays, bereavement leave as well as jury duty leave.

 

For eligible employees, Franklin Pierce's Retirement Plan is a defined contribution plan that operates under Section 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. You can also contribute to your plan through payroll deductions.

Tuition Benefit

 

Medicare/Social Security

For eligible employees, our Tuition Benefit includes tuition remission and tuition scholarship exchange programs for employees, spouses, registered domestic partners and children.
